All our jewels and metals are certified and we provide
certification for all our goods purchased online or in local stores. Anybody
who purchases from any unauthorised sources where our name is used will be
considered fake products. We will not take any liability for any fake products.

Ordering and Payment
We must receive the payment in full during the order placed
by anybody. If the order is placed and we have accepted, you will get it
delivered unless you notify us about the cancellation of an order. For all
online sales, we send a copy of the order placing details to your email
address, and a notification about your order through text messages. As soon as
you will get an email or text message or our acceptance of the order, you are
confirmed that you will get it delivered.
Our acceptance takes place when we can deliver the product
to the area you are living in or the product is available for delivery.
As soon as we accept orders, our customers and we come into
a legal contract. We cannot break any promises between
We do not accept any orders from minors who are below 18
years old. Therefore, if there is anybody below 18, please place an order from
parental accounts. If payments are done through any third-party application or
any bank, we are not liable if they do not despatch the money to us. If payment

The followings are the terms when we may not accept your
order, if-
We do not have sufficient stocks of products
Your area is not under the delivery circle
Orders of products or items that are incorrectly
priced due to typographical errors or the high fluctuation of metal or gem
prices
If order delivery is not possible, or the order
is not accepted, we will refund the amount within 7 working days of the order
cancellation.
We do not entertain any compensation for the
disappointment experienced.

to anyone.
